Steven Raichlen Barbecue Steak Rub
This rub has rosemary for fragrance and three types of pepper (black, gree, and chipotle) to turn up the heat.
This seasoning will harmonize and not compete with the flavor of the meat.
This seasoning was created to boost the flavor or meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables - on the grill, in the pit or in your smoker. Rub it into the meat several hours before cooking or sprinkle it on at the last minute as a seasoning. This is serious stuff - 2 to 3 teaspoons per pound will do it.
